Look this:

Documentation/ca/notation/rhythms.itely:331:@rusernamed{The tweak
command,L'ordre tweak},

it's a link from a file in notation manual to a node in the same 
notation manual.
I guess that you used it to be able to translate it, because you cannot 
use @refnamed

It's not recommended, it's up to translators.
I prefer leaving it in english, so the user knows that he's going to 
visit an english page. Also, it's a way to find visually the links to 
update (once you know that they should link to translated content).
