Looks good!
I noticed a small usability "wart" though.
If one changes default PNG to NEO, and clicks "Screenshot" button,
screenshot is still saved in PNG.
IMHO it should save in selected format without user first needing to OK
all settings changes, and get back (at which point screen may have changed).
