of course ! I use genkernel ;)
more precision :
- if I modprobe the realtime module without having modprobed commoncap, it
loads, jackd start, but after few seconds, I get a jack-watchdog timeout
and jackd is getting zombified.
- I get the FATAL: Error inserting realtime
(/lib/modules/2.6.17-rt7/extra/realtime.ko): Invalid module format
when I modprobe the commoncap module before.
Nevertheless I will probably have to do a significant regression, using my
gentoodaw as root :(
