I compiled a fresh Hg snapshot and tried. The effect seems not related
with that patch.

- autorun program as hatari argument, ok
- At Desktop after autorun, press AltGR+r for soft reset
- no second auto boot, desktop different

Hatari with 4MB STE config and TOS 2.06de, hg build from 10mins ago
