Hi

just to be sure, what is your cpu settings when you get problem ? Is 
this 68040, 68060 or 68030 ? And what FPU setting do you choose in each 
case ?  (for 68040 and 68060, FPU will be forced to internal if it's != 
NONE)

does it always work in 68030 mode with CE or prefecth and crash only in 
68040/60 mode ?
