There is no more ALLEGRO_USE_C preprocessor #define (before we cleaned
that up, there was both ALLEGRO_NO_ASM and ALLEGRO_USE_C #defines used
for the same thing).
There still is the ALLEGRO_USE_C makefile define though, which seems to
not be working fully..
