DocBook doesn't sound that bad to me. We could remove HTML/txt/RTF
plugins from makedoc, since they would be generated by it. And also
PDF/PS would be generated by it instead of from the texinfo. I'm just
worried that fiddling with DocBook to make e.g. the HTML look like it
should might take similiar much time than changing makehtml.c.
