Sorry for the hate. But i'm starting to get a headache with cookutils. I do like cookutils. Add all -dev files based on names in DEPENDS is not a bad idea. If pankso can add xorg-dev and gtk+-dev to chroot then why not do this. Its at least meets me midway for cookutils depend problem.

Even pankso screw up updating mfpr yesterday. He didn't update the mfpr-dev file to same version has mfpr. A check would be nice in case of conflict version between main version and WANTED version.  That way i will tell you what is wrong instead of the bug setting there for like 3 months after stable release.

One thing I found while writing receipts - sometimes software needs only -dev, and sometimes only base package.
So automatically installing -dev is not needed.
