I'm starting to hate this flux. You complain when it installs depends. Then you complain when it install -dev files. You keep pushing the receipts to be too flexble with build your going to break stuff in the wok even more. More likely cause we don't have enough people to be on top of everything to keep the packages depends and build depends in line.

Even pankso screw up updating mfpr yesterday. He didn't update the mfpr-dev file to same version has mfpr. A check would be nice in case of conflict version between main version and WANTED version.  That way i will tell you what is wrong instead of the bug setting there for like 3 months after stable release.

One thing I found while writing receipts - sometimes software needs only -dev, and sometimes only base package.
So automatically installing -dev is not needed.
