They are now using cmake, which is great.

* switched to cmake-utils
* added fftw as useflag
* removed pic useflag
* renamed useflag vorbis -> ogg, and DEPEND on both libvorbis and
libogg
* fixed ladspa useflag, but it builds it's own CAPS and TAP plugins -
maybe should be disabled.
* samplerate useflag uses system's libsamplerate
* singerbot seems gone
* ~amd64 keyword only for now, I deleted my 32bit chroot, and will not
be able to keyword x86 in anyway.

x86 folks, please test!

Much cleaner ebuild now thanks to cmake-utils.eclass. We still need -j1
though.
