I'm not sure if it's worth it. Those are patches collected from the
mailing list, and some UI "improvements" they provide are questionable.

And the main problem with those is libsigc++-2.2, they are all broken
with it. See http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=220827 - that would
mean maintaining 2 sets of patches, or nasty sed'ing around.

I'd just drop the devel-patches and with them the seq24 ebuild from the
overlay as DUP
