Bonjour Gilles,

Habituellement, quand quelqu'un à modifié depuis ton check-out un des fichiers que tu 
veux commité tu dois te mettre à jour pour obtenir ses modifications et tu peux par 
la suite commiter.

Si tu ne veux pas prendre de chances, prend une copie de ton check-out à un autre 
endroit avant de te mettre à jour...
