I've always used "--sound-buffer-size 10" for ST/STE
10 works on all computers and sound cards manufactured after y2k.
If 10 doesn't work, then there is a bad problem somewhere.

Did more testing, and the problem seems to be sound buffer size.

Anything below "--sound-buffer-size 90" (including the SDL default,
specified with 0), sounds pretty scratchy.

I haven't noticed similar issue in other Falcon programs.
