Hiunfortunately I have no time and no interest in packaging hatari for debian/ubutu to see if it works.
If some packagers for any distro want to report issues or patches we should add, then they can write to this mailing list. But as far as I remember we had very few comments regarding packaging.
Also, I don't think Hatari is a complex program to package, if a distro managed to do a .deb/.rpm for hatari 2.2, there should be no problem doing it for hatari 2.3
I know Mageia as a recent version of Hatari and the spec file they use has no patch, so I don't think extra work from us is needed in this area.
