Summary:
* mouse synching turned out to be non-workable,
  there are too many corner-cases where it breaks
  unless TOS itself asks for absolute mouse
  position (e.g. with NatFeats)
* Roger didn't want to add that to EmuTOS as
  it would be quite a lot of emulator specific
  changes, so this work is no-go

=> I though instead to fix another Hatari mouse
annoyance, i.e. Hatari moving user's mouse on
emulation resets & resolution changes although
Hatari window isn't visible.

Attached patch should fix that.

It includes also output for SDL window events
which one can enable by increasing log level.
That could help if somebody wants to make another
attempt at mouse synching, or when users report
mouse sync / window focus issues.
