Thanks, I have made a few tweaks, removed the old licensing FAQ, added
a News entry.

There were some other occurrences in non-eigen2 tests as well, and
also one under bench/, fixed in 7ac93d5f3d6a.

Not yet done, but I agree that this seems like the right course of action.
While we are at it, our wiki pages are still using the default GNU
FDL, wouldn't it make sense to switch to MPL2 as well?
