VERY VERY good point.    why exactly do 136 people need to compile the

i think you'll find there is more 2008 usage still than 2010.
but even if it's just the latest version that would be a big step forward.
given the latest version is free, and the point of this exercise is to 
make it easier for noobs..
most noobs will be using the latest free version of MSVC.
