Thanks to Matthew and Peter, the current state of testing is now:
8 primary platforms:
- DJGPP: ok (DJGPP 2.03, gcc 2.95.3)
- Mingw32: ok (Mingw 1.1, gcc 2.95.3)
- Borland C++ (Windows): ok (BC++ 5.5.1)
- QNX: ok (QNX RtP 6.1, gcc 2.95.2)
- Linux: ok (Mandrake 8.0, gcc 2.91.66, gcc 2.96, gcc 3.1.1)
ok (Slackware 8.0, gcc 2.95.3)
- MSVC: ok (MSVC 5)
- BeOS: ok (BeOS PE 5)
- Watcom C/C++ (DOS): untested
3 secondary platforms:
- FreeBSD: mostly ok (FreeBSD 4.5) *
- Solaris: untested
- IRIX: untested
* Matthew reported a minor issue we're investigating. Moreover, he pointed
out again that GNU make is required and I answered him I thought this point
was documented, but I couldn't find where. Is it documented anywhere ?
