Great work ! Commited in tools/win/.
I fixed some formatting issues and got rid of the '-p' switch. I also added
the support for RLE sprites: do a little 'cvs update' and recompile the demo
game with the demo.dat file in the right place.
Tested only on MinGW, some feedback from the MSVC side would be nice.
