exampleImage is a macro. We have our macros defined in
LANG/macros.itexi as you can see from the output of
git grep exampleImage
I can see the exampleImage macro defined in all LANGs except 'it';
therefore, you should copy and translate that macro definition to your
macros.itexi file.
@macro exampleImage{IMAGE-FILE}

Don't forget to fill in the committish in web.texi
