Thanks - I think I can work with this.

I've just pushed your latest versions of guile-debugger.scm and .ly,
after making a few cosmetic tweaks of my own.  It seems to work fine
for me now, but perhaps you could check it out to be sure I've not
mucked it up and that you're happy with it.
