[xmoto-dev] slow rendering at level limits

I had the same problem yesterday on the sdl_gfx port so I started looking at it
the problem is that the level limits are added everytime the scene is
started. so this problem only occurs when you play the same level
multiple times.

I have moved the loadToPlayLimits() from Level::loadToPlay to the loadXML method
and this solved the problem. I don't know enough about the level
loading and serialization
to know if this is the right place, but the problem is found !

can somebody who understands the code better then me fix the problem in HEAD?
