Found out that it was because some textures I got from cvs are
corrupted -- more specifically those in Textures/Textures and
Textures/Riders. It seems that they've been added to cvs without the
-kb option (so they're treated as ascii).
It works after I deleted the files and updated them from yourside (by
updated the theme).
