Then maybe this is the way it should be explained on the first page
i have been using slitaz since a while and i use both 2.0 and 3.0 and had no 
idea there where already 2 differents sites 

Being on any of this pages, it is impossible to tell if the scope is one or the 
other. - i would suggest to differenciate these better.

since it seems you are most involved in the documentation, seemingly, i propose 
we have a separate discussion if you want to sort this out. If you wish, of 
course.

Development notes contains cooking guides, wich can be merged in the 
books/guides when 4.0 is release.
