Here some informations about the documentation structure & history :

The books contain generals informations about using SliTaz core.
The books released with 2.0 are here : http://www.slitaz.org/en/doc/
The books in doc.slitaz.org is for 3.0
The handbook is what all users should read to understand SliTaz.
The cookbook is what all contributors should read to understand SliTaz development.

The guides should contains more specific hardware/software howto, so it's only for some users/situations.

The manuals of SliTaz tools describes the usage of the last version avaible.

Development notes contains cooking guides, wich can be merged in the books/guides when 4.0 is release.
