Hi Teika.

Of course I meant the ~/.sawfish/custom file instead of rc (have been
editing too many rc files in the last time as it seems). I did try
to delete it at my laptop and restart, didn't change something. I've
also tested with different themes, didn't change the window size (the
theme I want to use is mxflat).

A grep onto the custom file did not reveal anything.

As I said, I'm pretty much out of ideas.
First I believed it has something to do with multi-monitor setup, but
since this is also happening on my laptop I'm lost.

If it is of interest, setting the window dimensions via wmctrl or
Devil's Pie is working fine.
