I did a test (PT) with the command:
LANG=it_IT qelectrotech

and this is the answer:

(process: 9786): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
Using the fallback 'C' local.
Began transaction for "common"
transaction commited for "common"
Began transaction for "custom"
transaction commited for "custom"

I need to install a locale IT or what else?
