oui effectivement, sauf que les tag  size:small et size:big ne sont pas 
utilisés pour la font des menus; mais uniquement pour les pages de 
configuration
Personnellement, je viens de tester et je ne vois pas de changement si 
ce n'est la disparition de la case taille de police dans la première 
page  de réglage du menu apparence.
Il n'y a toujours pas d'accès direct dans les réglages de Mythtv pour 
modifier la taille de la police des menus
