Yes. I've sent two files with output one from separate window, second copied from cmd window. Original binary didn't output anything related to natfeats when Hatari opened separate console window.

I'm not very sure, but I think that I've had similar natfeats behaviour on Arm (on Debian/Bullseye 64bit, raspberry pi 4 and custom build), but I have to recheck it once again to be 100% sure (I don't have hardware at hand atm).

That's frankly a bit weird. What this change does: It changes the
so-called "subsystem" in the PE executable header from GUI (02) to
Console (03). This means that the standard handles are directed to the
