finishes drawing the line with blitter.

To me, it seems related to Blitter restarting. If I change EmuTOS do
draw the vertical lines [1] in "hog" mode, which requires no restarting,
the artifacts go away.

Nicolas, is there something that happens
(occasionally) with blitter in middle of screen
(when it's not in "hog" mode)?

Or does something happen with blitter on VBL, and
it's either 2x or 0.5x faster than VBL rate?


Same as Vincent, I cannot reproduce this on real hardware.

Ok, more evidence of it being potentially Hatari
specific.


[1] Since EmuTOS 0.9.11 vertical lines are handled by hwblit_vertical_line.

Roger mentioned on emutos-devel that he can
reproduce the issue on 0.9.11, but not on
0.9.10.
