I.e. gwem's 4getful TT-version that regressed, is again
working, and Beams' TT version that has never worked,
works now for the first time with Hatari.

All games & demos marked as having potentially related
issues are now checked.  Lot of updates added to docs...

With the cache fix, none of the demos besides X-tasie &
Susie screen in Motion demo require MMU.  "_" demo may
also require it, but hard to say yet as it doesn't work.
Some other deviations from oldUAE core went away too.

Regarding "Terrorize your soul" demo, there should be
some kind of output limiting for DSP emulation error
messages to prevent 100x slowdown from them.
