Here is version 1.3 diagnostic with FPSR tests on each operation. Expected and actual FPSR report included for each failed operation.

Have implemented the FPSR tests just now and it is producing some interesting results in Hatari 2.00 (versus data recorded from 68882).

However the expectations file is now 10mb since the FPSR is recorded for each operation!

Have also fixed the fadd/fsub test so it doesn't saturate out..

Will post the updated version in a bit...
