To me, this sounds like a major code change, which also needs some
time for getting mature and stable, so unless someone already has
something working quite well already, I'd rather not try to rush this
feature now.

Another thing for the release: I noticed that we still have some
compiler warnings when compiling Hatari. Would be nice to silence
them for the release. So I've shut up a couple of them now. There are
still some left in video.c ... Nicolas, do you still plan to do some
updates here or would it be OK for you if I take care of them?
