Thanks a bunch Troed :-)

Initial tests looks good, worked fine on my old Mac Pro with latest El 
Capitan. Nice also with SDL2 where the SDL1 bottleneck is gone 
once and for all. It also cures the blank SDL-UI when emulating Falcon in 
a non-truecolour mode. It doesn't use any additional CPU when the window 
is zoomed up to full QHD, while the old Hatari would almost kill the 
machine at 832*624.

Fullscreen is a lot better than SDL1 as well with Hatari acting as it's 
own virtual desktop that can be swapped around.


Also excellent work Styckx with the new video code, the demos I've tried 
so far have worked great :-)
