Hello

in all cases, the values are already stored to the IO registers when a 
write is made by the CPU ; the call to VIDEL_ColorRegsWrite will be used 
to add extra code in case you need to do more complex things than just 
storing the IO value.

So, this should not be the cause of your problem.
