Not everyone will directly have a stable SDL 2.0 install and will
upgrade SDL for Hatari only.
I'd suggest to do a API version detection during the CMake run and allow
hatari to use both the old and new APIs.
You cannot expect every user to always upgrade all system libraries.
This is a bad habit among many open source projects where the
dsevelopers assume everyone uses Debian Testing. This is not the case,
people are using long term stable versions of their OSes.
And no, please restrain from suggesting to make a parallel install. That
leads to more trouble than helpful results.
