The patch was in SDL Framework sources. From what i know,
it's not officially fixed in SDL 1.2, it's a bad patch....
So i simply build the SDL Frameworks with this patch
and include it in m'y 1.5 build you can find in
atari-forum.
About SDL: did you plan to use SDL 1.3 one day? It
Will be then easyer to port hatari on iOS.
