I didn't mean that. I meant the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm. Now. you
seem to say that it's not "based on" eigen, but rather "using it", so
it's indeed a lot less interesting.

By base if you mean, that eigen is the only matrix library we use? no, that is not the case.
Either ways, I am arguing against including an optimization library in eigen not for it.
