The 0.3 release is coming soon!

I've reorganized the svn repository to use trunk, branches and tags.
I've also renamed casetta_gtk in Gasetta, the name proposed by Chtitux.

All changelog, readme, man pages, etc have been updated.

The developers documentation is also on line (see
http://casetta.tuxfamily.org/developers ), and I've written the doc of
the transfer protocol: http://casetta.tuxfamily.org/formats/transfer

The program before the release (if no bug is found):
1. Finish the French translation of Gasetta
2. Make official source of casetta 0.3.0 (packagers can begin to
package) ; create a new tag in the svn repository
3. Finish the user documentation on the web site / update the website
4. Official release.
