As for the "shadowing" problem, I found a little horrible snippet on
Microsoft's page that will filter out XInput devices "shadowing" as
DirectInput ones. Or should I say "moonlighting"? I tried that
snippet and it works but I don't want to think about what t's doing.
:p I'll push that fix out later together with fixes to
ex_joystick_event. It's been enough for today.
