Depends. For an RTS or solitaire I just want the mouse cursor to move
the same speed as it does everywhere else. I already configured it.
Some FPSes with GUI elements were terrible. Maybe aiming a gun was
fine, but when you had to click on the buttons on a security keypad the
speed would be all wrong. And of course the mouse cursor was software
rendered. Jerky mouse cursor moving at the wrong speed.
