[AD] Cmake/zlib problems

Building current svn statically on XP. I get to ex_color and the build fails with undefined
references to freetype functions. I think the cause is zlib appearing before freetype on the
command line. I tried fixing it, but I couldn't find a working solution and gave up after a couple
hours... I'll look at it again another day unless someone else can fix it.
