First commit in many years! :-) /me kicks back in
Hurray! :)
- osx_set_mouse_axis() could not release the event source lock in
certain cases
- Implemented osx_set_mouse_xy() hook, allowing ex_warp_mouse to work
It still needs to emit an ALLEGRO_EVENT_MOUSE_WARPED. I actually had
this on my list of things to do, so you could just leave it until I
get round to it.
