Ok, added event generation.
Trunk on OSX seems fairly stable right now, I wonder where I could hack on :-)
I was thinking about a CoreAudio driver for sound output...
A zlib fshook addon is in the works I assume, right?

It still needs to emit an ALLEGRO_EVENT_MOUSE_WARPED. I actually had
this on my list of things to do, so you could just leave it until I
get round to it.
