On Windows when 4.2.1 program is started with 4.2.0 DLL, it crashes with error message "_install_allegro_version_check could not be located in alleg42.dll". This is odd, since _install_allegro_version_check is supposed to fail with error message if mismatch is detected. But since program will crash even before that function is called it's useless.
