Should we delete "allegrowww" "allegro_new" from SVN?
Also, I'd like to rename:
allegro/trunk -> allegro/branches/allegro_4_2
allegro/branches/new_api_branch -> allegro/branches/allegro_4_4
I think we don't need a "trunk", can always be explicit about being in
the 4_2 or 4_4 branch.
