Thanks, I just installed it :) (And sorry for sending all the single
files before.. I had fiddled around with cvs diff -N but couldn't
remember how to do what I wanted :P) It seems, cvsdo makes that easy.

I'll have a look at adding a -swallow option to makedoc before
committing, like you suggested, so it can be tested with texinfo formats
as well.
