AJ, there are two problems in your statement which unfortunately
make it incorrect:

1. Every browser you have dried != All browsers.

2. The browsers you have tried suck. Mine does exactly what you
   say, it puts the hyperlinked function at the top of the screen
   and fills the rest of the screen blank even though the document
   ended much before.
