Possibly other text browsers as well. AFAICS the problem with
graphical browsers is that they can't provide this feature because
that would break the proportionality of the scrolling bar, making
it inconsistent for the user.
But you are not getting away with that. I want to know why you
aren't using the CSS feature to add space to the end of pages.
