I think we have 2 options: either don't worry about it, or have
someone with actual knowledge of legal stuff take a look at
it. Speculating about who can be sued for what makes no sense, unless
you're a lawyer and know these things more precisely. We can devise a
text that looks more official, but for all we know it's equally
(un)valid to the one we have now. And you have to admit,

LAWYERS SOMEHOW STILL THINK THAT THIS MAKES A MESSAGE MORE VALID THAN
ONE WRITTEN WITH NORMAL PUNCTUATION AND CAPITALS. JUST THE LOOKS OF IT
IS ENOUGH REASON FOR ME TO NOT INCLUDE SOMETHING LIKE THAT UNLESS
THERE'S A VERY VERY GOOD REASON FOR IT.

(p.s. The most "fun" solution would probably be to actually include a
file "std_disclaimer.h", and put any legal text we think is required
in there.)
